Medihelpless

Medihel has been my medical aid for a very long time and to find out that they won't pay for the services that were due just because it's 6 days early. Honestly a month is calculated from the 1st but just because they have power they will calculate till the last second. To find out that Medihelp only pays to the last second of the day after this long is a shock and the reasoning behind it doesn't make sense. 6 days early is all it takes for me to pay for medical aid and everything else that comes in that timeframe. If anyone is looking for medical aid look elsewhere coz you will be disappointed and your health isn't a priority to Medihelp. Next thing will be calculating the days minus the weekend and public holidays. Nobody has even bother to explain the reason for rejection after I called the suprise was revealed.
