Worst medical aid ever, my husband needs to romove 3 of his teeth, he also has a abscess in his jaw and because of that needs his sinuses drained aswell, app**** for authorization the monday, the thursday 2 hours before he needs to be in the hospital they let us know it was not approved it needs to be done in the chair, our dentist said to us the chair is to risky that is why it needs to be done by a mouth specialist after I lost it they let us know it is being revised, still no word he is in so much pain and sick because of those teeth. Our monthly installment went up with a R1000 and this is the service we get. They should rather leave the medical field and try funeral cover instead, medihelp is playing with peoples lives . For their sake I hope there is no complications when my husband gets those teeth removes the 14th of Feb in the chair....
