medihelp will not cancel

after registering with medihelp through an agent,blake,i cancelled within a few days as my company offered a medical aid.medihelp continued to take money from my account even after repeated emails and messages to the broker and medihelp.i was forced to stop the debit order.recently medihelp handed my account to an attorney who has proceeded to demand payment for an account that does not exist.i have been in the process of buying a home.to my horror i discovered that this issue has affected my credit raiting negatively.i had no choice but to consult an attorney who has informed after reading my emails etc to medihelp that i can pursue a counterclaim including damages suffered to my credit raiting which i will do.shocking to say the least.l rudlin cell [Email Removed]
