Medihelp will frustrate you with their PMB DSP

This morning I received my PMB Basket annual letter, what frustrated me upon opening it, is the way they have sub-separated the pathologist and Medical Technologist services. To me as a lament member, this to me means, I need to go to Mauff and Partners for other blood works and then go to the Medical Technologist for another this is frustrating beyond comprehension.. Each year the benefits are becoming leaner and leaner, BUT I never expected such FRUSTRATION.

Dear PHELADI.Z
As explained telephonically on 3 January 2017, pathology services will be indicated on your letter for both pathologist and medical technologists. These services can be obtained by either one of these providers and are not limited to only one type of service provider.
