Medihelp Unfairness
Think twice before joining Medihelp!
My experience with this medical aid has been frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service has been unhelpful, and they refuse to fairly resolve disputes. Instead of supporting their members, they use aggressive tactics to enforce payments, even when their actions are questionable.
I have lodged formal complaints with the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) and other regulatory bodies due to their ********* practices. If you are considering joining Medihelp, be aware of how they treat their members.
