Medihelp - Unfair increases for Pensioners

My Parents who are both on Pension and barely able to keep head above water is on Medihelp's lower income group (Necesse) and just receive the most ********** increase on their next year's fees!

There are no decent explanation for this exorbitant fees which now have a HUGE on people's lives. Most people on this plan is lower income groups like pensioners and unemployed people.

The decent thing to do is to at least give a decent explanation to your loyal members why this is happening?

Not happy at all!
