Medihelp themselves to to you money.

I was raced to the E.R. at Emfuleni Medi Clinic on Saturday evening at about 20H00 due to Covid complications. I was treated in the E.R. as i believe the hospital is full. Doctors ran some tests and found that i have Covid Pneumonia. Upon being discharged 4 hours later i was informed that my medical aid which is Medihelp, will not be covering any of the cost involved. Now i ask you for what good reason do I pay these people R5000 per month if they cant even cover one visit to the E.R. that amounts to half of my monthly fees. Do these people really care about us ? Or is it just our wallets they see. I believe the latter.
