Medihelp - the worst of them all

After numerous calls, letters from the Dr.s rooms to motivate operation they just ignored all communication. Even after I have visited their offices nothing came forth. Hospital bills are piling up because they do not advice and keep on declining a functional part of an operation. One of the advisors put the phone down in my ear and told me she was been raised better (than me). They are all friendly and speak your language but don't let that fool you ...... behind the doors it's a cold hearted medical aid provider that do not care. This will be their response ................. and then nothing happens. I'm taking them the the Board of Medical Aid!
