Medihelp terminated my mother's medical aid

My mother has been on Bestmed medical aid for many years without any concerns and issues with refusal of any claims or hospitalisations . She had a 3 month waiting period which lapsed and had to get emergency treatment for anemia in December 2019. Medihelp has now terminated her medical aid with immediate effect without any valid reasons and explanations. She is an elderly and have been treated with no assistance at all. I will investigate the matter and take all the necessary legal action required.
