Medihelp Stay Away from this Medical Aid

Stay Away from this medical aid, you as member must do the job of Chronic division (Pharmacist & Clinical Teams ) Work. I myself had to apply for new section 21 letter from SAHPRA after confirming the Nappi codes and still this people get it wrong. I have Epilepsy and if i don't get my medicine i will land up again in High Care like 2 Weeks ago. Its been 9 Days fighting and get everything for them then they still get it wrong. The people either can't read or are so *********** in what they doing I'm still waiting for them to get my new statement back after things was deducted from my savings which should be deducted from my in hospital plan. This is what happening if their people work from home and not office based but get a salary. You as member must do their job...so why are they employed.
