Medihelp should be Medinohelp

Left me with a bunch of unpaid bills. Claims service provider is not on their system, but I am not a a scheme plan. That is why I pay WAY more than network. And the complains department is a joke. My wife phoned 3 times to confirm if there will be issues. Asked straight forward questions. Now my wife suddenly put words in the agents mouth. Pathetic. In it for the money , don't care about clients. They can phone me on ***. Doubt they will. Will not recommend them to anyone.
