Medihelp - Shocking Customer Service
Absolute poor service!!! Turnaround time of a claim, for a benefit that is part of my plan is 30 days. This claim has been in process for more than 2 weeks now? There is absolutely no escalation process, no Team Leader or Senior person to talk or escalate a query to? How is this even possible?? You are damn quick to take your premiums every month, but you cannot even provide your members with a basic claim!!!!!
