Medihelp Service Provider list Incorrect

I am on a network plan and needed a surgeon. I went on to the web to find a network Dr. After taking a days leave and paying the DR R1000. He informed me that he doesn't work at the network hospitals. My question is why have a list of service providers if you are not going to bother to keep it updated. The call center advice was too try and get a referral to a different Dr. So I wasted my time and money because medihelp is ***********.
