Medihelp ****s people. Cancels medical aid while member is in ICU

My husband was unfairly dismissed by his employer while in ICU after quadruple bypass sugery. We obtained all the authorisation cia the hospital and now we are sitting with almost R300 000 of debt because medihelp terminated the medical aid with immediate effect. NO 30 days notice...No consuktant calling to help. I have emailed and called with NO HELP. My husband has been medically boarded by his employer with NO compensation. We are busy with a civil suite against the employer. How must we pay this bill? How can a medical aid be cancelled after authorisation was obtained??? And also medihelp claims to have 100% hospital plan. But when bloodwork and xrays is done in hospital. It get deducted from savingplan and not hospital plan...HOW CAN MEDIHELP **** PEOPLE AND GET AWAY WITH IT
