Medihelp Savings Account Credit

Hi,<br> <br> I had around R5000 in my medical savings account when I left Medihelp effective 31 December 2014. Beginning of this month I received an email stating that I need to fill in a credit transfer application, which I did and wherein I requested my credit be transferred to my Discovery MSA. 15 May I received an sms from Medihelp stating that my credit had been transferred to my new Discovery MSA. This credit however did not show on my Discovery MSA (***).<br> <br> I then called Discovery and they said they had never received any such credit from Medihelp, nor did they receive a credit transfer request (which is needed for the transfer).<br> <br> I have tried to contact Medihelp but I have not yet had any response. Please let me know what is going on.<br> <br> Kind regards
