Medihelp ****** me

I am so disgusted with Medihelp. They apparently had a system error where debit orders were sent to the bank days too early. I only had R200 in my account until payday which is two days away. My bank charged me an unpaid fee of R147 which left me with R50. I called Medihelp and was told to send my bank statement and they will look to reimburse me in two weeks time. This is completely unacceptable. How am I supposed to get to work. I have 4 children to feed and medihelp just doesn't care! I want my money back! Why should I wait two weeks! This is disgusting!
