Medihelp refusing to pay for THEIR mistake! Terrible service!!! SECOND REPORT

I am writing my second report now about the same problem that has not been solved.

This is my firts report: I have been with Medihelp since 2009. Since then 2 of my older daughters married and their husbands decided to go to Discovery. End of 2018 December they both decided to Join Medihelp. In 5 minutes time online they went from Discovery to Medihelp. Received a sms and email to say that they are members. They phoned Medihelp just to make sure everything is in order. January 2019 came and payment went of. 17 January my oldest daughter awoke with a bad pain in the kidneys went to the local GP where he said that there is blood in the urine. 3 days later went back and 2 days after that again. He then very quickly organised a doctor at Montana hospital in Pretoria because we stay 200 km from Pretoria. The surgeon saw her. Did blood tests and did a sonar. He recommended that she was to be hospitalised immediately. Her abdomen was swollen and she had severe pain. Medihelp refused saying she is in her first year of membership..as to she had to stay over in Pretoria to see the surgeon the next day. The next day he did a sonar with blood tests. The tests revealed Bilateral pyelonephritis. Liver appears congested with periportal oedema and free intra-abdominal fluid and prominent inferior vena cava. Consider septicaemia secondary to pyelonephritis. Well after again the surgeon saw her and wanted to hospitalise her they said that she didn't have a medical aid before. (She was at Discovery for 8 years). The surgeon then sent her to a internist which also couldn't believe that they didn't hospitalise her...she also tried but with no success. After 2 weeks now every other day staying in Pretoria and the other days driving 400km to get to a doctor she is still not being helped by Medihelp. She is at home now seeing the internist this week again.

THIS IS MY NEW REPORT:

So I received a call about a week and a half after I should have been admitted to the hospital twice - and Medihelp refused to give me authorization - to tell me everything is sorted out and I can go to hospital to be admitted. Well obviously it was too late. The last week I received two statements of R8200 total that Medihelp refuses to pay! AGAIN, NOT MY PROBLEM! I should have been admitted twice ( which was Medhelp's problem) and all of these test should have gone though the hospital, meaning Medihelp should pay this statement. I have been VERY unhappy with the service of Medihelp so far and I've only been on the scheme for less than a month. I spoke to a woman named Daphne Hennop who helped me figuring out that they never put me on Medihelp as a member and I spoke to a Quintin who said he would make SURE that someone will contact me ASAP. This all happened the day before yesterday and nobody contacted me yet. I sent an email again yesterday, yet, nothing.

I also spoke to my financial advisor at Finpro and they say this is unacceptible and very very bad service.

I refuse to pay those statements!
