MEDIHELP REFUSES TO PAY MEDICAL BILL
We are sooo disappointed in Medihelp.
My brother had a hospital plan, and lately he was admitted into ICU with Pneumonia, sadly we lost our brother.
My mother has received a bill for blood tests done and the medical refuses to pay. There excuse is that the tests were not ordered by the doctor. On investigation we found that ICU staff asked for the tests to check for infections.
NOW FOR THE LIFE OF ME, ITS A HOSPITAL PLAN, AND HOSPITAL ICU STAFF REQUESTED THE TESTS. ARE THEY NOT MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS?
DOES THIS NOT SOUND LIKE THE MOST ABSURD THING EVER?
I'm giving Medihelp the opportunity to rectify, before we decide to make a bigger thing of this.
