Medihelp refuses to approve life needed operation

If I could give no stars I would! I am so severely sick that I have been hospital bound for a month now awaiting approval for an operation that will change my life , only to be denied numerous times now on the basis that the operation is "experimental" when this operation has been done for over 20 years and has raved great success. I am a type on diabetic whose sugars cannot be controlled until I have this operation which will cause organ dage and failure as well as other horrible complications. I am a 26 year old mom to a special needs daughter who needs me and I cannot be there for her because I am in hospital and a business that I am unable to run. I am unable to be put through ro anyone at meihelp who can resolve this and my doctor is also extremely frustrated and daily he gets no feedback or luck from this medical aid. This service has been disgusting.
