I phoned Medihelp cutomer call centre to sort out my preauthorisation. I spoke to two consultants the first of whom's name escapes me but the second consultant was Zelda. I which I could have reviewed both of them afterwards. Thank you to you both for your prompt and professional assistance in a very stressful situation. Medihelp employes professionals and provides excellent customer service.
