Medihelp playing with peoples lives

I dont realy like writing this as Medihelp has been good to me over the many years I have had it. Now i sit with the situation where my wife is on life saving platelet medicine. The changeover 2024 to 2025 they no longer pay anything towards this medication and if i pay this myself it will cost me over and above the R10 000 I pay for just myself and my wife another R20 000. They just say upgrade your policy (another R6000 a month) , No advice no help nothing! Something has changed for the worse in that company! Sad. Now I will have to hospitalise her just to get the medication which will cost them a whole lot more. Last time the platelets were so low she developed a brain bleed!
