Medihelp Pathetic

The worst medical aid ever. Especially for an elderly person. Since 26 Feb 2020 to date 04 March 2020 we are awaiting the scheme to finalize their Underwriting investigation on any Pre-Existing conditions. My mom was accepted to the scheme in Nov 2019 and started paying - this is a hospital plan. Now that she needs URGENT medical attention they have all this red tape end excuses. So if something horrible and unthinkable happens to my mom - they will just shrug their shoulders as they are doing now.
