Medihelp or Mediuseless?

As Medihelp has not rep**** to any of my 15 emails sent since 2015/11/02. There has been zero assistance from Medihelp and this is shocking. As a medical aid they are useless, I pay a monthly amount for my health and when it comes to assistance needed they do not even reply to 1 email. NOT ONE!!! How much do i need to pay for someone to reply to 15 email's sent since 18 day back exactly?<br> <br> Medihelp has the worst customer service. I signed a contract and i have uphelp my side. On their side they have not provided as promised.
