Medihelp operating **********ly
In April 2015 I phoned Medihelp and told them we want to cancel my wife and children's medical fund with Medihelp. On the 10th of April I received a cancellation document via email. On the 13th of April I send the signed document back to Medihelp via email. On the same day I received a response back stating: \<br> Thank you for your email. We are attending to it and you need not therefore repeat your enquiry. Please do not reply to this message.<br> Medihelp will complete your enquiry as soon as possible
