Medihelp of no Help

Tried to move from medvital to Medelect student for a student reduction. They ended up placing me on medelect the full more expensive option incorrectly. Already debited my account incorrectly this month. 30 minutes on the phone with the call center and still no change. Still on the incorrect plan. Consultants keep saying they are in the process of getting my premium student reduction verified but can't explain why my original amount was increased. Nightmare operation. Terrible admin. Customer service is pathetic. Avoid this medical aid if you value your time
