Medihelp now reversing there payments
I had a medical aid with Medihelp, but Medihelp cancelled my membership last year. Now medihelp is reversing all the payments they made to the practitioners.Why are they allowed to cancel the payments?<br> Firstly I paid Medihelp inturn they paid the practitioners, how can you reverse the payments?

As explained to you telephonically, the credit due to you which is set off from claims paid on your behalf before termination of membership will be transferred once the transactions have been finalised.
