Medihelp not wanting to pay in hospital blood test

My Son was admitted to Hospital in May 2023, this was a very traumatic time for me as a Mother. The doctor requested Blood tests which was done in hospital. I received a final demand from Ampath stating that I owe them R1556.80. Medihelp keeps rejecting the claim saying that my savings is exhausted. My son was in hospital, the amount must come out of my hospital benefit. I've been battling with this for over 2 weeks. We pay so much on Medical aids and then you get accounts to pay on top of it.
