Medihelp not the best medical

I have a problem with Medihelp not paying my moms X-ray account... When I phoned medihelp asking them why not paying the account they said they only pay if it is an emergency... Now my mother of 92 fell and I rushed her to Krugersdorp emergency department (my mother passed away after that) Now my answer to Medihelp was what do they call an emergency because this was definitely an emergency they could not even answer me... Let me think if you are in an accident to first asked phone Medihelp and asked first if this is an emergency... I am a member of Medihelp for many years and nearly never claim for anything and this is the way they treat you... What on earth do they think is an emergency... (my mom was on my medical aid and I pay every month R3200) and that is the treatment we get... The X-ray Department sent them an email with what they did to my mother and even said Medihelp should pay this as it was an emergency but Medihelp refuse to pay...Is this the way they treat their members.... Years ago Medihelp was the best but I start doubting that. I will never recommend anybody to Medihelp
