Medihelp not so 'help'ful

Honestly, If I could give Medihelp zero stars, I would. In South Africa, lockdown started on the 26 March 2020. Of course, due to the lockdown, businesses were forced to close to prevent further spread of this deadly virus. My father had paid every month of his medical aid besides that of June (One month missed payment), of course, my father had realized that he had forgotten to pay that single month and emailed medihelp not long after the missed payment (23 June) stating that he will make his payment now that his business is open. Medihelp responded with termination of membership without any preliminary warning. Terrible service from Medihelp.
