Medihelp not helpful

Ive been trying to apply for membership but was told that a membership certificate from my previous medical aid which is discovery is required, which I did send. But when i call medihelp i am told that the letter I provided was not sufficient, but still could not tell me which information exactly is required that has not been stated on the letter. Please assist
