Medihelp ? not embracing change

Following discussions with colleagues, the overall experience with Medihelp is that they do not fund most things that other medical aids pay for at equivalent costs. I would highly suggest that people be very careful when deciding on which medical aid to join. Generally medical aids should embrace change and keep up with technology. Medihelp has their own protocols which are very outdated and need revising
