Members are penalised by not obtaining specialist referrals with having to pay 35% of the bill. A fair way to adopt these kind of changes is to pay a certain maximum based on medical tariffs that is irrelevant as to which doctor a member prefers to utilise. I have decided to rather cancel my membership and look elsewhere as you cannot reason with the supposed rules imposed.
