Medihelp not adhering to their own brochure information and refuses to pay emergency room blood tests prior to a hospital admission

Medihelp is refusing to pay for basic blood tests that were done in the emergency room several hours before my father's hospital admission which goes against what is written in your very own brochure information. " An emergency hospital admission can be done directly from the ER in which case hospital benefits will apply." This is exactly what happened, my dad was taken to the emergency room and was admitted. You have covered everything except the blood tests which makes no sense and keep saying it is not a benefit on his plan.

Please explain how blood tests done in the emergency room does not qualify if he was admitted to the hospital????
