Medihelp-NO HELP

I paid the last year my children's medical aid via EFT. As I know the membership fee will increase (and it did with 18%), I decided to rather pay with a debit order. I did not receive any response from Medihelp after emailing the paper work (16/02). When 25th of Feb came, I paid via eft again, afraid that my children might loose their benefits. The debit orders went off as well. 😫 I made 4x phone calls (27/02, 29/02, 11/03 and 18/03)to ask for a refund as my budget is tight. I did send proof of payment as well as my bank statement. 3 times they promised to refund me. My second follow up call said they can see that there is a credit and they will refund me. The third call said they make payment on the 8th of March. The fourth call said they will refund me the 20th of March - BUT IT TAKES 3-5 DAYS TO REFLECT. Today my daugther received a sms saying that they will refund me the 27th of March. Thanks for nothing Medihelp's finance department. Hope your budget made it in Feb, as mine did not and I did contact you several times. Thank you Estelle (the 4th call) for saying "sorry". I did believe you and know it is out of you hands. Is this email going to make a difference? No, it just helps the ordinary people to blow off steam. Will FNB understand my situation this month? No, they are blocking my account till I receive my salary.
