Medihelp Network Hospital no sevice

I am trying to find the words to put down on paper the poor service we received. I am shocked that Medihelp is forcing me to use Network Hospitals such as Pinehaven Hospital providing such poor service. If a patient is a bit overweight they vant fit in a MRI machine. I sidder to think what would happen if a patient was in an accident and need an urgent MRI and cant fit. The nearest one available is in Pretoria where i have to take my wife out of hospital, transport her there and pay a co payment out of my pocket where my gap cover will cover it if she is in hospital. Just does not make sense. The lady at MBR radiology said if the patient does not fit she will have to go and do a MRI where they do it for the elephants. How embarresing and unprofessional. I am totally shocked. Called Medihelp radiology and received feedback from a staff member as to where to go and no call from any manager at all. Paying so much for medical aid and getting the poorest service ever.
