MEDIHELP Medical Scheme-SEVERE BAD SERVICE

Medihelp rejected a claim from Kiaat Hospital in Mpumalanga after my wife got admitted on the basis that the medical aid was investigating why my wife got admitted, that information was suppose to be provided by the treating doctors. days after medihelp failed to get hold of the doctors (i dont knw how possible is that because they have their contact details and the hospital details) medihelp informed me via the hospital that they cant get hold of the treating doctors therefore my claim is rejected until they get a report from these doctors. my view is that the medical aid failed on its investigative duties and now holding me liable for these costs, i'm asking myself if i should be the one taking over the investigation on behalf of the medical aid so that i provide whatever report they are looking for?. as i write this piece, i have been taken to credit collectors by the hospital since medihelp is refusing to pay.
