Medihelp Medical Aid. Why??

I am so disappointed in Medihelp. I need a knee replacement and paid for Orthopedic Surgeon and Xray taken twice. In a lot of pain and surgery scheduled for Monday the 6. I phoned for authorization and declined. Only if a children or injury will they authorize. So because I'm not a child I'm left living with pain and not able to leave the house due to the pain. I did twist my knee going down the stairs at home. Never where it shown on our option that they won't pay. Very small savings so been paying for everything. Medihelp tells me only on Elite option, which will be about R16 000 a month and then only with their 2 network Dr which is miles from me and don't know their reputation.
