Medihelp Medical Aid Debit Order problems

<p>Good day - I am a member of Medihelp and received a sms on my telephone from Medihelp 2 weeks ago confirming that they will be deducting my debit order the end of April on the 28th because the 1st of May is a holiday. Firstly how can they just send a message and deduct a debit order earlier than the client requests. If a debit order is on the first and it is a holiday then the debit order must be taken of the 2nd or the 3rd not before that. I only get paid the last day of the month which means that I only receive my salary on the 30th of April it does not depend on what day it it I get paid that month. So now the medical aid is willing to let my account go into a debit.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay my monthly fee every month they never have a problem and now they just decide on their own. They never get back to me - I have lodged a complaint email and on there website as well as phoned them and no one gets back to me. I am not going to leave it there I will take it further.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everyone that has a debit order from Medihelp please be advised about this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
