Medihelp medical aid.

Thank you Medihelp for letting me get the desperately needed treatment in hospital. When we joined Medihelp there was a one year hold on coverage for certain pre existing conditions. This would end on 30 September 2022.I had serious heart problems. I made an apointment to see a cardiologist and Medihelp approved. When the cardiologist did tests on me he decided there and then to start with treatment. I was in theatre within half an hour! Long story short....12 days in ICU of which for 3 days on life support and various other procedures. A pacemaker was installed and now I am feeling so good. I have received a 2nd chance on life! Thank you to Elmarie who handled all the calls from my wife and dealt with our concerns proffessionally and with the outmost compassion! THANK YOU MEDIHELP.
