Medihelp just wants your money, they don't care about you!

They do not care about a person, they just want money! I was a member for many many years. There was hardly any claims made as we are a very healthy family. Business suffered recently, 2 premiums were not paid, why was it not suspended after the 1st default? I cancelled the medical aid as business completely closed and don't have that source of income anymore and now they are bothering me for those 2 premiums. I did not even have a claim in those months. They are only after your money! They don't care. It cost them nothing to have me as their member "those 2 months!"
