Medihelp is useless

I have been waiting for over 48 hrs for Pre-Authorization for my son's admission from Medi-Help. I called in, and spoke to Marina who informed me that my case is being investigated to ensure that my son is not being admitted for a pre-existing condition which was not disclosed from application stage. I am getting calls now from the hospital because Medihelp still hasn't Pre-Authorized my son's admission. What does one have to do in order to get proper answers and actually get the authorization from you guys?? Had I known this is how you operate I would have taken my business elsewhere
