Medihelp is terrible stay away

One of the worst medical aids currently in South Africa. Majority of specialists refuse to work with them. The patients are treated as cash patients and they then have to struggle to get the medical to pay. After getting authorisation for surgery there is endless red tape and refusal to pay with excuse after excuse. Stay away from Medihelp. They should close as a medical. Absolutely pathetic.
