Medihelp is so useless
<p>My dad was taken into hospital for heart problems. An urgent angiogram had to be done on him. Medihelp stopped the procedure and said they had to put a 48 hour hold to do some digging. Meantime my dad is in ICU waiting for urgent medical treatment. Well well well 48 hours came and 48 hours went and yet we are still waiting on Medihelp. This is the excuse: Dear sir we are waiting for doctors to fill in n form about your dads history dating back to 2011.....</p> <p>Let me tell everyone reading this Medihelp is a medical scheme with no money and no interest in people. Medihelp was rated with worst customer service in South Africa. </p> <p>ITS TIME WE EXPOSE MEDIHELP ON SOCIAL MEDIA</p> <p>MEDIHELP NR: ********** </p>

You wright the nicest response on hello Peter making it sound you are attending the customer immediately. So here is the truth we still haven't heard from Medihelp and everything is still pending. Excuses excuses just another day or another month of being the Medical aid with the worst service in the market.
MEDIHELP IS SO PATHETIC.. SO WHAT IS THE NEXT EXCUSE MEDIHELP. LOL can everyone reading this see why they try to stall or reject payments? They look for excuses everywhere just to not pay your bills.

So yesterday someone from Medihelp phoned me and told me they are so sorry about everything and promised to give me an update today on the what is going on. Well to no suprise they have not call and dont really care anyways. This Useless Medihelp made it clear they dont want to pay, they dont care about customers all they care about is your monthly installment.
Medihelp is the worst coperate company out there and you have no IDEA what is coming your way. I will take this public even if I have to brand my vehicle so everyone can read what Medihelp is all about. Medihelp will be EXPOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ag please dont come tell me your sad story. This has now been almost 2 weeks and just EXCUSES EXCUSES like always. If this was a serious operation by 2 weeks the patient would have been DEAD. What is the matter with your thinking, a medical aid is to prevent you from dying in hospital. Well with MEDIHELP you will surely die in hospital because how can you wait 2 weeks for an answer.
You better listen to me Medihelp you go and dig into someones past(to the extend of 5 years) just to get some dirt on them not to pay the claim. You have gone to far and we will fight you on every social media platform. Next platform will be the media, watch me.
And by the way MEDIHELP doctors dont work for MEDIHELP they are not obligated to give you any information so stop PRETENDEING its there fault not giving you the information you need.
