Medihelp is refusing to pay most of the claims for my Mother's hospitalization after they approved the hospitalization.

Medihelp is refusing to pay for my Mother's hospitalisation. My mother was admitted to the hospital in May 2024 due to suffering from stroke. Medihelp authorised the admission but now they are now refusing to pay the Doctors! I would like to know why Medihelp rejected so many claims.

Assuming that R12 means no sufficient information as there are so many claims with this rejection reason but is it not their job to get more information from the Doctors than rejecting claims and holding me accountable while they approved the hospitalization from the network hospital? I want to appeal this rejections as I have No money to pay such big amounts they rejected?
