Medihelp is not what they say they are

No not at all iam at the hospital for the second time this year for my son to have a procedure done and everytime it is one hell of a fight and everytime we have to pay it upfront before he can get omitted in hospital. Should you have children you will really need to think 2 before taking on this scheme as paying things upfront is no joke. Because eveything has a 12 month waiting period or investigation time. Even though when joining they told me i will have no waiting period on anything as we have been on medical aid the whole time.
