Medihelp is not a medical aid it is a ****

Good day all I would like to bring it to everyone's attention that medihelp is absolutely useless, I was involved in a motorcycle accident where I was taken to hospital for further assessment where we found out that I have broken my neck ,the doctors informed medihelp that I will need surgery immediately and they denied it . For a whole week I walked around with a neck brace and with further up and down and fighting they finally approved it on this after the operation I am in so much dept due to medihelp cause they do not pay anything like they said they were going to I am disgusted in this medical aid they are rude they do not care at all for there clients and if you are a day late on payment they threaten you with cancelation on the medical aid ,MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE MEDIHELP IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A MEDICAL AID AT ALL
