MediHelp is not a good Medical aid anymore
I have posted a negative review and MediHelp rep**** that the will look into the matter. Again NO action. I will recommend MediHelp again. In the beginning when me and my family joined in 2021, I had no issues at all. Then they started to reduce benefits and increase contributions every year. This is extremely unfair. Hence the reason why I cancelled and moving to Momentum.
