Medihelp is no HELP

Pathetic off-note. This medical aid is not only letting you as customer down, they lie and decieve you. Very dissapointed in this company. Would not recomend it to anyone. Me and my family have loyal customers, paying a very large amount each month, not claiming anything , as soon as i needed surgery, they aproved to pay a qaurter of the amount, (wich i had no choice but to accept) i paid the other 3 qaurters cash, then after surgery they only paid half of the qaurter they said they will pay. No answer, no feedback. Very unhappy customer
