MEDIHELP IS ***** and Bad service

..... I'm so frustrated with medihelp and their consultants who don't listen when you talking to them. I received a claim for a vaccine on the 19/01/2023 and I told the consultant to cancel this as I don't know where it's coming from it's a *****ulent activity and she asked to call the service provider? How? Call them and tell them ' hey you submitted a *****ulent claim?' why am I contacting those people coz the people I have a relationship with is my medical aid that I pay every month. And I am telling them I don't know the claim, I am reporting a *****ulent activity and they cannot help me?????? Is medihelp that's taking money from me? I wonder
