Medihelp is a **** .

I was authorized to see a specialist, everything went well until its time for the medical aid to pay.. they only paid 4k out of 13k ... they are now telling me that I went to the Dr not the hospital, why did they authorize it on the onset ? This was 2 days before the actual procedure, they should've at least let me know of their so called exclusions so I make a conscious decision if I continue or what... now I have to pay 9k ..
